How can I view and download my invoices?

To view and download your invoices, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your fraud0 Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings in the left panel

  3. On the first tab Plan click on Manage Subscription. A pop-up will open.

  1. Click on Billing History

  1. Now you can find all your invoices and download them.

How can I view and update my payment method?

To view and update your payment method, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your fraud0 Dashboard

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer several payment options, including credit / debit card and PayPal. Your payment options depend on which country you live in.

Plans & Pricing

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes. Our 7-day free trial gives you access to all features. You also don’t have to provide credit card details for the trial period.

What happens when I exceed the plan limit?

Both plans (Starter and Pro) are capped at 20,000 and 70,000 sessions per month.

If you do not exceed the limit of your package regularly, nothing will happen. However, if you regularly exceed the limit of your package, we will upgrade you to a higher package – but not without informing you first.

At no time will the fraud0 script stop working and affect your website in any way!

Are subdomains of a domain included in the price?

Yes, because the price is based on the number of sessions per month, not on the number of (sub)domains.

In order to delete your fraud0 account please contact us at support@fraud0.com.
