Piwik Pro Plans & Pricing

fraud0 offers dedicated plan tiers for customers who sign up through the Piwik Pro marketplace. These plans have different session caps and pricing compared to the standard fraud0 plans, and are split into two tiers: base plans for bot detection only, and Premium plans for the full fraud0 platform.

Piwik Pro base plans (bot detection only)

The base plans include bot detection and classification. fraud0 analyzes your traffic and sends the results back to Piwik Pro, where they appear automatically as a custom dimension in your Piwik Pro dashboards.

Piwik Pro billing impact

The classification events fraud0 sends back to Piwik Pro count toward your Piwik Pro event volume. Depending on your traffic levels, this may increase your monthly Piwik Pro bill.

Base plans do not include Google Ads integration, automated IP blocking, ad refund requests, or full fraud0 dashboard access. To unlock these features, upgrade to a Premium plan.

Note

Enterprise overage. The Enterprise plan includes up to 1,000,000 sessions in the base price. Sessions beyond that limit are billed at €0.07 per 1,000 sessions via a usage-based add-on.

Piwik Pro Premium plans (full platform)

Upgrading to a Premium plan unlocks the full fraud0 platform on top of bot detection:

• Google Ads integration — connect your Google Ads account for negative audience exclusion
• IP blocking — block known bot IPs from your traffic
• Ad refund requests — fraud0 automatically submits invalid click refund claims to Google on your behalf
• Full dashboard access — all fraud0 dashboard features, reporting, channel analytics, and data exports

Premium plans include both monthly and yearly billing options. Yearly billing provides a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

Tip

Upgrading from a base plan. If you are on a Starter or Growth plan and want to unlock the full fraud0 platform (Google Ads integration, blocking, refunds), you can upgrade to a Premium plan from the fraud0 subscription management page. The upgrade flow will redirect you to a checkout page for the Premium plan.

Note

Session volume and plan selection. During checkout, fraud0 automatically recommends a plan based on the session volume reported by Piwik Pro. If your session volume exceeds 100,000 sessions per month, you will need to contact our sales team for an Enterprise plan.

Free trial

All new Piwik Pro subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. The trial applies to both base and Premium plans.

Managing your plan

You can view and manage your subscription from the fraud0 subscription page, accessible via the redirect link in the Piwik Pro interface. From there you can:

• View your current plan and session usage.
• Upgrade to a Premium plan.
• Cancel your subscription.
