Account & Deletion

The Account tab in Settings shows your account information and provides a self-service option to delete your fraud0 account.

At the top of the tab you can see your organization name, account status, website, and account ID.

The deletion process has several steps to prevent accidental data loss.

  1. Start the deletion. In the Danger Zone section, click the Delete Account button.

  2. Review the warnings. A summary of consequences is displayed:

    • Your subscription will be cancelled.
    • All Google Ads connections will be disabled.
    • Account deletion will be scheduled (not immediate).
    • All users in the organization will be notified by email.
  3. Confirm by typing your company name. You must type your company name exactly as shown to proceed. This prevents accidental deletions.

  4. Optional: extend your account or provide feedback. Before the deletion is finalized, you are offered two options:

    • Free 1-month extension — keep your account active for one more month at no charge.
    • Book a call — schedule a conversation via Calendly to discuss your needs.

You may also use the optional “Why are you leaving?” text field to share feedback.

  5. Deletion confirmed. A confirmation screen explains that the deletion has been initiated. Your account enters a 2-month grace period before data is permanently removed.

If a deletion is already in progress, the Account tab shows:

  • The scheduled deletion date.
  • The number of days remaining in the grace period.
  • A Cancel deletion button to stop the process and keep your account.

If you sign in at any point during the 2-month grace period, your account is automatically reactivated. A fresh 30-day trial is applied so you can continue evaluating fraud0 without interruption.
