What happens when I exceed the plan limit?

Section titled “Plan overview”fraud0 offers three plans for direct customers. All prices are in EUR.

Yearly billing provides a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. All new subscriptions include a 30-day free trial.
Refund service fee
Section titled “Refund service fee”For automated Google Ads refund claims, fraud0 charges a service fee of one third of the refund uplift above baseline. The baseline represents the amount Google would have refunded without fraud0’s involvement. You only pay for the additional recovery that fraud0 generates.
Exceeding the Starter plan limit
Section titled “Exceeding the Starter plan limit”The Starter plan is capped at 50,000 sessions per month. If you occasionally go over this limit, nothing will happen. However, if you regularly exceed the limit, we will reach out to discuss upgrading you to the Pro plan — we will always inform you before making any changes.
The Pro plan has no session cap, so there is no overage risk on that tier.
